Challenge Server(s) and Open World PVP

Open world PVP on live servers is dead. There is literally no point in even trying since there's nobody to play with and zero incentives to for that matter. Now back when I was still in Rift Discord(s), I remember Archonix starting a discussion about what would the community want to see PVP-wise. I made some suggestions on owpvp and they seemed to have been received well. Since then, due no communication on PVP and the general "we're not PVP-centric" trend going on, and also because I'm no longer in any Rift discords, I haven't heard or seen any feedback on this. Since that discussion was only held on one Discord server, and there were no talks on challenge servers back then, I'm going to post it here as a suggestion specifically for the Challenge server.
